Bio: Born and raised right here in Fort Worth, Will has over 15 years of business experience. A retired Military Police Officer he deals fairly with both business owners and consumers. He has lived in different cities across the country, and found his way home to stay. He lives in Hurst with his family and continually strives to provide the best for them while maintaining a high standard of trust and integrity in dealing with the community.

 

Message From Your Trade Coordinator

Fort Worth is a unique town. We have a different mentality in Fort Worth that makes us almost an enigma to people in other cities. Many people even as short a distance away as Dallas have a hard time understanding the way we think here in Cowtown. Ethics, morals, and values are stronger here than anywhere else I have ever visited, even as the world of graft and corruption swirls around us.

I am here to help business owners get used to the idea of barter and trade. I am here to connect customers with AOCS Silver in their pockets with those businesses wanting to accept it. While building the Fort Worth Marketplace as Trade Coordinator, it is my job to help make those connections between businesses to obtain the goods and services they need, but it is my hope that eventually business owners will be able to make the most out of our marketplace and make thier own trades and barter agreements. My greatest desire is to put as much real money (AOCS Silver and Gold) into circulation as possible. In other words, I want to see real people with real money in their pockets, and I want to see to it that they have a place to spend it, Value for Value!

Goals for GoLocalFortWorth.org

  • To add 100 Merchants per month, willing to accept AOCS Silver or Community Coupons to the Marketplace.
  • To arrange at least 25 trade interactions between Merchants each month.
  • To Introduce 2500 oz. of AOCS Silver Currency per month to the Fort Worth / Mid Cities Market.

What kind of Merchants are we looking for? Any kind really, but especially any kind of merchant who provides the kind of everyday goods and services that meet the everyday needs of the average consumer. Some expamples are:
